Meet Our Founder | Chris Ladner
Ladner has over 25 years of construction and renovation experience and over 15 years vested in the Carpenter’s Union of Chicago, IL. He specializes in remodeling and new construction of residential single-family, multi-family, custom homes and low rise commercial projects up to nine stories. Being a family owned business, our team at Dustless Tile Removal and Diversified Construction takes on every project with integrity and compassion. Our goal is to exceed our client’s expectation.
After living in Chicago, IL for over 15 years, Ladner relocated to Phoenix, AZ for a new opportunity working for one of the nation’s largest new home builders. After working with this corporation for over five years, he wanted to venture into his own business with a focus on finding and making improvements with the renovation process – specifically floor removal. Ladner’s passion is to make his client’s dream home come to reality and with this passion, he created Dustless Tile Removal.
Being on both sides of the table – as a client, contractor, project manager and now business owner in the construction industry, he knows first hand what goes into every detail of a renovation or new build. He’s seen the stress and toll it takes on clients when going through a renovation – especially the removal process of existing flooring and the clean up.
At Dustless Tile Removal, we have a team of specialists and patented technology, for a streamlined floor removal. We provide a healthy (triple filter vacuum system, HEPA filter required by OSHA) and dustless method in preparation for your new floor installation. We began to focus our attention on how we can elevate the renovation process, keeping things clean on the job site, while maintaining our integrity and excellent client service.
